Four Roads That Lead to Old Country Road

From the west: the Expressway

Manorville, Yaphank, Medford, Farmingville and Shirley all come the same way: onto the Long Island Expressway eastbound and ride it to the end. Exit 73 drops you onto Old Country Road (Route 58) heading east toward the store.

North Shore and mid-Island: Routes 25A and 25

Port Jefferson, Rocky Point, Shoreham and Wading River follow Route 25A east until it becomes Route 25. Middle Island comes straight out Route 25 (Middle Country Road); Ridge joins it via William Floyd Parkway. Both end by bearing left onto Old Country Road.

From the South Shore: County Road 51

Mastic, the Moriches and Eastport head north on County Road 51 through the Pine Barrens, which carries you into Riverhead without touching the expressway or Sunrise Highway.

From the Hamptons and the North Fork

Hampton Bays and Flanders take Route 24 into Riverhead. Jamesport and Aquebogue come west on Route 25 (Main Road), which runs straight into Old Country Road; Mattituck uses Sound Avenue and Northville Turnpike.
